Pre-booking Questions

  • Can we tour the home first?

    Absolutely! Virtual tour is available for every home. Please call or email us for any specific questions you might have.

  • Can we ship some items in advance of our stay?

    Items can be shipped to our main office prior arrival. A small delivery fee might be charged to have them delivered to your home. Please call or email us for further assistance.

  • Aside from the nightly rate, what other fees are charged with each reservation?

    There are standard hotel taxes based on local laws and regulations, a cleaning fee to cover the cost of cleaning after your checkout, and fees charged by third-party listing sites such as Airbnb, HomeAway, etc,. Third-party fees are not charged when you book directly with us.

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    A Security Deposit is required for 28 nights or more. Typically, this is one month's rent. For shorter stays, we do not require a security deposit. Release of the Security Deposit shall be subject to inspection of the property and will be returned approximately fifteen (15) days after departure provided there is no damage or additional charges.

  • Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

    Yes, we offer discounts for stays of 7 nights or longer. Discounts vary on homes and time of your stay.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All bookings made at least 31 days before check-in are fully refundable. No refund on cancellation 30 days prior to stay. 31 days or more before stay = 100% Refund minus fees 30 days or less before stay = No refund


  • What is your check-in process?

    We offer a seamless check-in process. Since there isn’t a front desk, we need to make sure you’re you before you arrive. Sometimes this includes sending us a selfie of you holding your government issued ID. We also ask that you confirm your email address and phone number so we can reach you with any updates about your reservation.

  • What time is check-in/check-out?

    Check-in is any time after 4pm, and check-out is 10 am. We may be able to accommodate an earlier or later time depending on availability. When you complete your Guest Registration Form, you can enter your ideal check-in and check-out time to help us to accommodate you better.

  • Can I check-in early?

    Check-in is any time after 4pm. When the schedule permits, we are very happy to grant you early access to your home. Early check-in is typically an additional charge.

  • Can I check-out late?

    Check out is 10am. We may be able to accommodate later time depending on availability. Late check-out is typically an additional charge.

  • How late can I check-in?

    Any time after 4pm. Every home has an electronic lock. Code and instructions will be sent to you before arrival. You can share your code with your companions so no one is ever locked out.

  • Will someone meet me at the home?

    We will send you instructions on how to enter your home 5 days prior to your arrival, after you’ve completed the online check-in process. Your instructions will include secure access codes, a lockbox location, or in rare instances, guidance on how to meet an employee. If you have any questions or concerns, you can text or call us anytime.

Amenities and Facilities

  • Do you have a washer and a dryer?

    All of Buzz Vacation Rentals’ homes are equipped with a washer and dryer.

  • Do you have barbecue/grill?

  • What kind of amenities will I find in the home?

    Our homes are fully stocked to ensure you have the comforts of home while you stay with us. This includes bath amenities, fresh towels, fresh linens, coffee, and kitchen essentials.

  • How well is the kitchen equipped?

    All kitchens are equipped with several items ranging from cooking utensils to dinnerware to prep materials. We also provide basic condiments such as olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • We are a big group. Will the home have enough glasses/dishes/etc?

    Each Buzz Vacation Rentals property is equipped with enough dishes and glasses to serve the maximum number of guests for the home.

  • Are your homes accessible for those with disabilities?

    All of our homes require the use of stairs or steps, and some are quite “vertical” in nature (with living spread over 3+ floors). Those who have difficulty managing stairs will want to carefully review the description of the home under consideration. If you have any questions and want to discuss your particular needs, just let us know and we can help you better understand the layout of each home. (Note: for those with small children, please be mindful that there are no safety gates at any staircase)

  • Do I have to bring my own towels, soap or shampoo?

    We got you covered. All of our properties are stocked with towels, linens and bath amenities.

  • Do you offer free internet or wifi?

    Absolutely! Who could live without the internet? Wifi information will be sent to you prior to arrival.

  • How many TVs?

    All homes have at least one TV in the living room.

  • What else do you offer with the home?

    Our 5-star customer service! Our homes are fully stocked to ensure you have the comforts of home while you stay with us. This includes bath amenities, fresh towels, fresh linens, coffee, and kitchen essentials.

  • We are traveling with a baby. Do you have any baby equipment that we can borrow?

    Yes! We know the inconvenience of traveling with a baby, and all the equipment that is required. High chairs and booster seats are available for a fee. Please contact us for more information.

Transportation and Parking

  • Is there free parking?

    All of our homes offer free parking.

  • How do I get from the airport to the rental?

    Most guests rent a car. Taxis, Uber, or Lyft are other available options.

During Your Stay

  • How do I change the dates of my reservation?

    Please call or email us. We are happy to assist.

  • Our House Rules.

    We have 3 simple rules: no smoking, no parties, and no pets. For our homes with pools or waterfront features, swim at your own risk.

  • Mid-Stay Clean

    A Mid-Stay Clean includes: changing linens and towels, cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, vacuum and dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products. The fee is $150.
